Compro Languages – 12-Month Language Membership
Effective Date: 28th July 2025
1. Overview
Welcome to the Compro Languages 12-Month Membership. This programme gives you structured access to expert-led language training for professionals in football. These Terms & Conditions explain what you’re agreeing to when you join the membership.
2. What You’re Signing Up For
- The membership lasts for 12 months, with a rolling payment of £47 per month.
- You gain access to lessons, practice activities, recordings, and support, including new content released regularly.
- You can suspend your membership if you notify us within the first 30 days of joining (see section 4 below).
- Membership renews monthly unless you cancel.
3. Payment Terms
- The monthly fee is £47, billed automatically every 30 days from the date you sign up.
- All payments are processed via a secure third-party provider.
- The fee is fixed for the duration of your 12-month membership.
- If payment fails, access may be paused until payment is resolved.
4. 30-Day Suspension Window
We want you to feel confident in your decision.
- You can suspend your membership if the programme isn’t aligned with your goals.
- To do this, you must contact us within the first 30 days of your initial sign-up.
- You will still pay the first month’s fee (£47), but no further payments will be taken.
- After 30 days, your membership continues for the full 12-months.

5. What’s Included
As part of your membership, you will receive:
- Weekly live or recorded language training
- Football-specific content and vocabulary
- Interactive activities and resources
- Private WhatsApp or forum access for Q&A
- Priority access to bonus sessions and events
Full details may change slightly over time as the programme evolves, but the core features will remain focused on supporting your language learning goals in football.
6. Use of Materials
All resources and content are for personal use only.
You may not copy, share, or distribute any course materials, recordings, or login details.
7. Code of Conduct
We aim to maintain a respectful, inclusive learning environment.
- Any misuse of the platform, disruptive behaviour, or offensive conduct may result in suspension or removal from the programme without refund.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes will be resolved through reasonable discussion in the first instance.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions if the programme changes. You’ll be informed in writing of any material updates in advance.

Terms & Conditions for Course Bookings
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (the “Client”) and Ann Langley t/as Compro Languages (“we”, “us”, or “Compro Languages”) in relation to language training and associated services. By enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.
Effective Date: 13 April 2025
1. Services Provided: We offer bespoke language training programmes tailored to professionals in the football industry, including but not limited to group courses, private sessions, mock interviews, and football-specific resources.
2. Booking & Payment: Full payment is required in advance to secure your place. Payment options include standard course enrolment or private delivery, this will be provided in your individual offer or quote. Prices include all materials listed at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT (this will be show clearly).
3. Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable. If you are unable to continue, you may defer to a future cohort once within 12 months. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session; in such cases, an alternative date will be offered.
4. Course Access & Conduct: Course materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any course content without explicit permission. Group sessions are interactive; respectful conduct is expected at all times. We reserve the right to remove participants for misconduct without refund.
5. Intellectual Property: All content, including lessons, resources, and recorded sessions are all original and created by Compro Languages and as such, remain the intellectual property of Compro Languages. You are granted limited access rights solely for your personal learning.
6. Limitation of Liability: While every effort is made to ensure high-quality instruction and outcomes, we make no guarantee of specific career results. We are not liable for decisions made based on course content or for any incidental losses.
7. Technical Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure adequate internet connection, devices, and access to required platforms (Google Meet, WhatsApp, etc.) to participate fully in the course.
8. Data Protection: Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to us processing your data to deliver course services and support.
9. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, the jurisdiction of the English courts.
