Professional details - Role, Employer, Employer's Address, Language learning information – Current level, goals, progress assessments, Payment details – Collected securely via trusted third-party providers (Stripe/EventBrite), Communication records – Emails, WhatsApp messages, or call notes to assist you as a customer, Technical data – IP address, browser type (if accessing digital platforms or online lessons).

We do not collect or store any special category data (e.g., health data) unless explicitly required and with your clear consent.

How We Use Your Data: We use your personal information to: Deliver and personalise your language training, communicate updates, scheduling, and course-related information, process payments and issue invoices, provide technical support and customer service, improve our services and tailor learning to your needs. We may share occasional updates on new services (if you’ve opted in), We WILL NOT EVER, disclose, sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.

Legal Basis for Processing: We process your data under the following lawful bases: contractual necessity – To provide you with the services you’ve requested, legitimate interest – For quality control, client support, and business improvement, consent – for marketing communications (you may withdraw at any time), legal obligation – To comply with tax and accounting regulations.
